I think it’s safe to say that every Aldi shopper’s worst fear is forgetting that essential quarter. After all, without it, you can’t unlock the shopping carts. And unfortunately, it’s happened to me—more than once. There’s nothing worse than getting prepared for a grocery trip, walking up to the entrance, and realizing you’ve forgotten a token. While most of the time there’s a kind soul who will help you out, there’s always the off-chance that you’re left toting those heavy reusable bags around the store with the items you accumulate from the “aisle of shame.” It just throws the whole experience off.
Lucky for us forgetful folks, Aldi brought back its most beloved Aldi Find to help us keep that quarter handy.
Aldi's Keychain Quarter Holder Returns

Among the jewels of this week’s Aldi Finds (starting March 19), Aldi has finally brought back the fan-favorite keychain quarter holders. These cute keychains include a slot that’s perfect for storing a quarter. The designs include a pizza, watermelon, flower, and a few Aldi logo-themed designs. Each one retails for $1.49.
Like most of the Aldi Finds, this item has a massive fan base—similar to that of the viral Trader Joe’s mini insulated tote bags. People buy them in bulk, either for their own shopping needs or for resale online. And honestly, I totally get the hype. Not only are they insanely adorable, but as a trinket person, my eyes immediately lit up at the thought of adding another keychain to my car keys.
Be warned—these have been known to disappear immediately once they hit the floor, so I suggest getting one ASAP. Because, like all of the Aldi Finds, once they're gone, who knows when they will return again.
