Dairy Queen Brings Back the Cherry Dipped Cone
In 2023, fans were heartbroken when Dairy Queen discontinued the nostalgic dipped cone flavor. The disappointment didn’t last too long—DQ brought it back in March of last year, but only as a seasonal flavor, meaning it disappeared again before summer ended.
This year, fans waited patiently through March, hoping the vibrant red cone would make its return. When April arrived with no news, many started to worry. But Dairy Queen finally broke its silence, announcing the Cherry Cone’s comeback. Given the timing, some fans thought it might be a cruel April Fool’s joke. But, thankfully, there’s no trick here—the Cherry Cone is back for spring.
Commenters on Instagram wasted no time celebrating the return. “Omg I am so freaking excited!” one wrote, while another declared, “Literally the best.” Some even shared creative ways to enjoy it, with one saying, “Yay! I love adding this to my Oreo Blizzards.”
Since Dairy Queen hasn’t confirmed how long the Cherry Cone will be available, fans should grab one while they can. And if all else fails, there’s always the classic chocolate-dipped cone to fall back on—but for now, we’ll be savoring every bite of that sweet, cherry-coated crunch.
