If you’ve been keeping up with Hardee’s menu lately, it’s clear this chain doesn’t mind poking at the competition. Those fast food tacos give some real Taco Bell vibes, while the breakfast biscuit lineup could go head-to-head with the ones served at Bojangles.
Now, Hardee’s is at it again with a new item that is reminiscent of what was once a menu favorite from Chick-fil-A.
Hardee's Is Bringing Peach Tea to Menus
Hardee’s recently launched its brand new peach tea (and lemonade!) for the summer, and they're pretty darn close to a Chick-fil-A fan-favorite drink we haven’t seen in years.
Hardee’s Peach Tea is free of artificial sweeteners, so that juicy summer peach comes through so much that the brand says it’s a “sensory experience that transports you to sun-drenched orchards with every cool sip.” Say less, we’re in.
It’s hard not to compare this latest offering with Chick-fil-A’s White Peach Sunjoy that was available for a limited time in the summer of 2023. The fan-favorite was made with the brand’s Sunjoy, a mix of lemonade and freshly brewed iced tea, and combined with white peach flavors. While you can still get Sunjoy on the menu, the peach version seems to be long gone. That is, until Hardee’s released its take.
This is extra good news for Hardee’s My Rewards Members, who can sip the new peach tea for only $1 when they order through the Hardee's App.
But a Chick-fil-A copycat drink is not all Hardee’s has up its sleeve. This fast food chain has even more brand-new summer offerings.
Hardee's Other New Summer Menu Items
Hardee's new summer menu will also feature a Hand Crafted Peach Lemonade, Hand Scooped Peach Milkshakes, baked-in-house Blueberry Biscuits, and Duke's Carolina Gold BBQ Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwiches.
Lastly, two new Homestyle Breakfast Burritos have been added to the permanent menu so you can enjoy them year-round. A warm flour tortilla can be stuffed with either sausage, egg, and cheese or loaded with sausage, bacon, ham, and the restaurant’s own crispy Hash Rounds. Each option comes with a side of Texas Pete Hot Sauce to offer a kick if desired.
These new menu items are now available at participating Hardee’s locations nationwide.
