If you’re a Dutch Bros fan, you’ve probably seen a lot of new drinks hit the menu lately, from the Brownie Batter Mocha to the return of the Birthday Cake with Soft Top. And just last month, the drive-thru coffee chain brought back its popular lavender menu, which, if you’re asking us, rivals Starbucks’ menu.

Now, Dutch Bros is giving Starbucks even more competition with two new menu items that have been sorely missed from the drink lineup. And it has nothing to do with coffee.

Dutch Bros Releases 2 New Matcha Drinks

Dutch Bros just added two new matcha drinks to its menu, and they’re giving serious Starbucks vibes: Lavender Matcha Latte and Raspberry Matcha Latte.

The Lavender Matcha Latte is made with lavender, matcha, and 2 percent milk. Similar to the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha offered at Starbucks, Dutch Bros’ version is also served as an iced latte with the same vibrant layers of purple and green. If you’re looking for a total Starbucks copycat, simply swap out the milk for oat milk and add the Dutch Bros Soft Top, which is similar to the cold foam topper at Starbucks.

The Raspberry Matcha Latte also defaults with 2 percent milk and features a bright layer of pink rather than purple. Both lattes start at $5.65 before add-ons, and the smallest size at Dutch Bros is 16 ounces, which is slightly larger than a 12-ounce tall latte at Starbucks.

Fans are beyond excited about these two new drinks. In an Instagram post shared by the chain, commenters screamed in all caps that, “MY PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED” and “FINALLY MATCHA I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS! THANK YOU!”

Some fans even see the expanded menu as a solid alternative to Starbucks. "I’ve been getting the lavender matcha from Starbucks, but now I can finally stay true to my Dutch Bros love and get it here," one commenter rejoiced.

But that’s not all. Dutch Bros also has a Paradise Matcha Lemonade for those looking to upgrade the classic warm weather drink this season. Made with juicy mango, this matcha lemonade is topped with strawberries to make you feel like you’re on vacation with each fruity sip.

The new matcha drinks are only available for a limited time and while supplies last. If you’re a matcha fan or simply want to see how these drinks compare to your usual order at Starbucks, try them now while you can!
