  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles, plus 1 tablespoon pickle brine from jar

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon white sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • Combine chicken, celery, pickles, pickle brine, mayonnaise, sugar, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir until well combined and evenly coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
