Krusteaz wants to make sure you no longer have to wait until after dinner for your taste of cheesecake. Thanks to its brand new Cheesecake Muffin Mix, you can bite into something decadent just about any time of the day, including breakfast when you want something sweet to enjoy with your cup of coffee.
This muffin mix is extra indulgent. The flavorful base of vanilla, honey, and cinnamon gives us all the traditional cheesecake crust feels we know and love, and the cheesecake center completes the package. A fluffy baked good with a sweet, creamy filling? We’re in.
Making these muffins is also super simple. Add water, oil, and eggs to the mix, bake, and dig in. If you want to enhance the filling, Krusteaz suggests adding an extra four ounces of cream cheese for “extra richness.”
The first-of-its-kind Cheesecake Muffin Mix from Krusteaz is currently available in select grocers like Kroger and Meijer, with more retailers coming soon. You can grab a 17-ounce box for $3.99. Since the mix is for muffins, you'll have a dozen treats on hand to pass around to friends and family. Or keep them all to yourself—we won't judge. Save them for later by popping them in the freezer to defrost when the sweet tooth strikes morning, noon, or night.
