I don’t know if it’s the chirping birds, green buds, or added hour of daylight, but there’s a “spring” in my step that wasn’t there last week. And I have to take advantage of spurts like these to get my seasonal cleaning underway before the moment passes. Longer days mean extra time to get more done after all. Luckily, stores like Aldi have been serving up organization solutions left and right lately.

The Finds aisle has been stocked with kitchen and home goods, like handy storage containers, bonus shelving, and even a Lazy Susan to keep essentials neat and tidy. But there’s something in particular that I know I’ll be stocking up on. It’s an under-the-radar score that my mother-in-law swears by and makes sure we always have in our fridges, cabinets, drawers, and so on.

Aldi’s Crofton Fridge Liners Are Back

Aldi/Allrecipes

Aldi just brought back its Crofton Fridge Liners. If you’ve never used such protectors before, let my mother-in-law and I convince you to give them a try. Anytime anyone in the family moves or gets a new appliance, she is there with liners, ready to set us all up. They not only add a layer of protection between the glass shelving and your stocked ice box, but they keep everything easy to clean, and isn’t that the name of the game? They safeguard the shelves underneath from sticky spills, dried bits of food, and scratches to keep your fridge looking brand new. So when it’s time for your own spring cleaning, you simply slide the liner out for washing or replacing instead of maneuvering the whole glass shelf in and out.

The best part? This simple solution costs just $5.99. For a 20-inch by 12-foot roll, it's a no-brainer buy.

Bonus: These versatile shelf liners can level up other areas of your home, not just the refrigerator. They are perfect for protecting and organizing shelves in your pantry, kitchen cabinets, bathroom, or any other storage space. In white or clear, they can be cut and customized for many different uses.

While I’m at it this week, I’m also grabbing a few of Aldi’s $4.99 Crofton Fridge Trays that come in various sizes to store eggs, cheese, lunch meat, and even cans in the pantry. Make my mother-in-law proud and follow me there, starting March 19 until supplies last.
