If there’s one thing The Cheesecake Factory is known for—other than its delicious cheesecakes, of course—it’s the vast selection of menu items. Sure, there are more than 30 different flavors of cheesecake to choose from, but even before the dessert course, you’ve got more than 250 menu items staring back at you.
As large as the menu is at The Cheesecake Factory, the chain is always looking to expand and improve. So, twice a year, the restaurant adds and eliminates menu items to keep things fresh and ensure the from-scratch kitchen is operating in tip-top shape.
The Cheesecake Factory's 2025 Winter Menu
The Cheesecake Factory just finished rolling out its winter 2025 menu at more than 300 locations across the U.S., adding a whopping 23 items. Don’t worry, though—the minds behind The Cheesecake Factory didn’t come up with 23 all-new items, as some were existing menu items that got an update and others are one type of menu item with a few variations.
Either way, the 23 new or refreshed items on the winter menu will be around for a limited time at all The Cheesecake Factory locations across the country. We recently tried the new menu items, and, without exaggeration, we can say that every one was a hit. So, you’ll probably want to visit The Cheesecake Factory a few times to try all the tasty items before they’re gone.
What's On The Cheesecake Factory's Winter Menu?
The Cheesecake Factory added new items to most of its menu sections, including its small plates, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, seafood, steaks, SkinnyLicious, breakfast, kids’, and drinks menus.

This winter, you can find new Grilled Asparagus over a bed of lemon ricotta, Honey Roasted Carrots with a Maple Brown-Butter Glaze, Charred Sugar Snap Peas with a Chile-Lime Vinaigrette, and an Asian Cucumber Salad topped with sesame, soy, garlic, and red chiles that’s reminiscent of the cucumber salad trend we saw on TikTok in 2024.

Cheesecake Factory is also introducing new fried Chicken & Jalapeno Fritters and Ahi Tuna & Shrimp Ceviche, made with sushi-grade tuna, to its appetizer menu.

If you’re looking for handheld options, you’ll find new Chicken Shawarma, a Mortadella Panino, and the recently updated Double Smash Cheeseburger.
The Chicken Shawarma starts with pita bread filled with grilled chicken, tomato, pickles, onion, garlic, and cilantro, served with a garlic sauce and a spicy sauce for dipping.
Its new Mortadella Panino features imported mortadella, melted Fontina cheese, lemon ricotta, arugula, and onion-garlic aioli on toasted ciabatta.
Additionally, The Cheesecake Factory changed its Double Smash Cheeseburger so it now features double patties, double cheese, and grilled onions on a toasted brioche bun with a side of house-made pickles and special sauce.

The restaurant now sells its creative take on Pad Thai, Thai Stir Fried Noodles, which can be served with or without shrimp. The saucy rice noodles are topped with snow peas, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, green onion, egg, cilantro, and peanuts.

Rounding out the seafood menu, you’ll find a Seared Tuna Tataki Salad, Grilled Branzino, and SkinnyLicious Branzino.
The Tataki Salad includes sushi-grade ahi tuna that’s seared rare with avocado, tomato, sesame, soy, cilantro, and mixed greens.

The classic Grilled Branzino is charbroiled with lemon and fresh herbs, and served with mashed potatoes and green beans. The SkinnyLicious Branzino is simply topped with tomato, basil, shallots, and garlic, and also served with mashed potatoes and green beans.

The Cheesecake Factory also released new Steak Frites, which includes a charbroiled ribeye steak topped with red wine sauce, grilled onions, and garlic-herb butter, and served alongside Parmesan french fries.
It’s also offering a new Spicy Ginger Beef Tenderloin dish made with filet mignon, mushrooms, snap peas, peppers, and onions in a sesame-ginger sauce, and served with white rice.

The final traditional menu item is a new Grilled Steak & Eggs meal that includes a grilled ribeye steak, two eggs, potatoes or tomatoes, and toast.
The kids' menu is also getting a new addition: the Kids’ Strawberry Shortcake, which shrinks the classic shortcake with vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream to a smaller size.

Lastly, the bar will now offer a new Yuzu Crush, Yuzu Drop, Margarita Verde, and Japanese Whisky Sour. The Yuzu Crush, made with yuzu and fresh lemon, is a mocktail, but can be spiked with Grey Goose Vodka and Elderflower Liqueur to create the Yuzu Drop cocktail. The new Margarita Verde is made with blanco tequila, chile, lime, and pineapple. The Japanese Whisky Sour features Japanese whisky, yuzu, and honey.
My Honest Review of the Cheesecake Factory's 2025 Winter Menu
In trying The Cheesecake Factory’s new winter menu, I found quite a few winning surprises. Firstly, I’d never had the Spicy Tuna at The Cheesecake Factory before, but the crispy rice topped with ahi tuna almost made me feel like I was eating at Nobu.
As for the new menu items, the top three standouts were the Ahi Tuna & Shrimp Ceviche, Chicken Shawarma, and Double Smash Cheeseburger.
Cheesecake Factory
The fresh tuna and poached shrimp ceviche is served over guacamole with green onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a crispy tortilla chip for dipping. The flavors are out-of-this-world delicious, and prove you don’t need to head to a fancy seafood restaurant for quality sushi-grade tuna.
Cheesecake Factory
The Chicken Shawarma was called out by The Cheesecake Factory’s team as a staff favorite, and it’s no surprise as to why. The pita is soft and airy, stuffed with seasoned chicken and fresh ingredients. It’s tasty as-is, but add the garlicky and spicy sauces and it goes up a whole notch.
Cheesecake Factory
Lastly, whatever The Cheesecake Factory did to change its smash burger, it was well worth it. It’s one of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had, smashed thin and crispy but still moist and juicy, a just-greasy-enough indulgence. The cheese and onions are the perfect addition, and serving the special sauce on the side lets you choose your own adventure—and means the sauce doesn’t overpower the tasty burger on its own.
Truthfully, nothing on the new Cheesecake Factory menu is a miss. I would order each item again (and again)—all topped off with a slice of Tiramisu Cheesecake, of course.
