I like to think that I’m an energy drink connoisseur. Of all the energy drink brands out there, Red Bull has to be number one. It’s been there for me through thick and thin. From late-night studying sessions to early mornings on my way to the office, Red Bull has kept me fueled on countless occasions. A sugar-free Red Bull will always be near and dear to my heart, but after tasting its latest spring flavor, I fear I just can’t touch another regular sugar-free can again.
Red Bull's New Grapefruit & Blossom Flavor
Unless you’re a Red Bull stan like me, you might not know how exciting its limited-edition flavors are. It’s a chance for the energy drink company to take a chance on new, creative flavors, like last year’s Waldberre (Wild Berry), which included an adorable pink can that won over many Red Bull fans.
This year, the brand is introducing a new flavor that might just rival the popularity of the Wild Berry flavor. Introducing Grapefruit & Blossom, a perfect fusion of pink grapefruit and floral notes for a spring-perfect drink in a purple can.
As someone who has already tried it, I have to admit this flavor has taken the title as my new favorite Red Bull. It’s heavier on the grapefruit flavor, which I love. And even with the floral notes, it’s extremely subtle and tastes a little like lavender.
Other fans are just as excited about the new addition. One Redditor shared, “It’s great. Way better than the pink one, in my opinion.” My friend Heidi has also appropriately described the drink feeling like “beautiful fairies dancing in my mouth.” So, if that’s your thing, make sure to snag a can while supplies last.
The new Grapefruit & Blossom Red Bull is now available in both regular and sugar-free options at major retailers nationwide.
