There have been many big celebrations lately that have called for great food spreads—like the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day, which even fell within the same week this year. Lucky for us, chains such as Burger King offered up free whoppers to help us out.
However, it doesn’t take a grand occasion to make us crave some comfort food on a budget. Little wins are worth celebrating, too. Like when it’s finally time to spring forward and change the clocks. Daylight Saving Time is quickly approaching and while we can’t wait for longer days and warmer weather, losing that hour of sleep is always a doozy. Thankfully, BK is making these March mornings a little less difficult with more free food during the breakfast rush.
Burger King’s Daylight Saving Time Free Food Deals
Burger King has been giving us fan-favorite breakfast items since 1978 and now it’s sweetening the deal by offering them for free with rotating promotions that change each day of the week.

Kicking off Daylight Savings on Sunday, March 9, BK fans can enjoy a free fully-stacked Croissan’wich (you know the one: loaded with meat, eggs, and cheese served on a warm croissant) with only a $1 purchase.
Come Monday, nab a free 4-piece crispy Churro Fries when you spend $1 and a free medium iced coffee with a $1 purchase on Tuesday. Breakfast isn’t complete without those BK famous 5-piece French Toast Sticks which you can get for free with $1 purchase or more on Wednesday or choose to enjoy free Large Hash Browns with $1 purchase on Thursday.
The start of the weekend, which also happens to be National Pi Day, calls for dessert. On Friday, March 14, you can get a free Hershey Sundae Pie with a chocolate crust and chocolate crème filling after any $3 purchase. Lastly, on Saturday, you can roll out of bed and score a free Sausage Biscuit when your order comes to at least $1. Easy enough!
The latest Burger King deals are available at participating restaurants nationwide. You must be a Royal Perks Member and order on the BK App or bk.com to take advantage of them. The deal is located under the “Offers” tab and must be activated before placing your order.
A weeklong full of free food sounds pretty good to us. However, there’s even more for BK fans to look forward to. Starting Monday, March 24, the chain will offer its Morning Mondays giving Royal Perks Members a chance to feast on a Croissan'wich and small coffee for only $3. March is looking so much brighter—and not just because of the longer days.
