My friends call me the cookie monster for good reason—I love a good cookie. When something goes well, I always celebrate with a cookie. When times get hard, I commiserate with one, too.
But I’m pretty picky when it comes to my cookies. To be honest, I haven’t had much luck with store-bought brands. Sure, Oreos are fine, but I don’t long for them like I do with a chocolate chip cookie from my local bakery or coffee shop. For me, store-bought cookies tend to lack the richness I want and the texture seems a little off. I’ve always been a fan of those big cake-like cookies, not the flat and crispy ones.
Then I tried Tate’s Bake Shop. I’ll admit, I was late to Tate’s, having just recently experienced them a year ago with my mom. However, when I tried its chocolate chip cookies, I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were straight out of the iconic green bag. Crispy, crunchy, but oh-so-chocolatey, and dare I say, baked to perfection? I was hooked and today, I have a freezer full of Tate’s cookies ready for when the mood strikes—and it strikes a lot.
Now, with Tate’s latest cookie flavor, I’m just hoping I have enough room in my freezer. That is if they last long enough for me to store them.
Tate's Bake Shop Launches White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies
Target / Allrecipes
Tate’s Bake Shop is getting into the Valentine’s Day mood with its brand-new seasonal White Chocolate Raspberry cookie flavor and I’m here for it. I don’t know about you but white chocolate raspberry anything screams rich and decadent to me. These cookies may just be my new favorite indulgence with an afternoon cup of coffee—maybe even with my morning brew if I’m feeling a little extravagant.
Tate’s White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies have a flavorful combination of tart and sweet thanks to the fruity freeze-dried raspberries and creamy white chocolate chips. A combination that is pure perfection. Factor in Tate’s signature super thin and ultra crispy texture and you have a satisfying treat that is hard to put down.
Sure, the light pink bags these cookies come in bring all the Valentine’s Day vibes but there’s no way I am saving them for that one day. These babies are ideal any day of the week when you need that “sweet” companion for snuggle time on the couch.
A bag of these new Tate cookies costs around $6 to $7 and are available now at major retailers like Target where fans are already calling them a "must try” because the “raspberry white chocolate combo” mixed with the “crispness of the cookies” is “soooo good.”
Since Tate's Bake Shop White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies are a limited edition they won't be around forever but we can all enjoy them until the spring. Personally, I’ll be stocking up and packing them in my freezer for when that hankering hits this summer. Because it doesn’t have to be cold out for me to want a cookie.
