Overview

We are now looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.

As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area. The technical development is rapid and you will continuously keep your competence and skills up to date.

Responsibility

  • Customer Issues & handling of dedicated support
  • Handling Software Update Management (SUM)
  • Mentor Remote Service Gateway (RSG)
  • Support and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
  • interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the service delivery organization.

Qualification

  • Minimum acquire Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering. Min 4-8 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated : OSS, Network Management, Orchestration, BSS, EDA, Database, Cloud Infrastructure
  • Consultative behavior, business minded and strong team spirit. Good interpersonal and customer management skills. Great teammate with outstanding skills in collaboration among key partners.
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations with excellent planning and organizing skills.
