The Role
Working for the Commercial Strategy Leader for Consumer Health and Generics, you will lead the Consumer Health Technical Services team.
The team is responsible for delivering tools-based-technical solutions as a service for customers using Veeva CRM Pharmacy Sales. Such tools are aimed at driving adoption, efficiency, maintenance, and manipulation of data within the pharmacy sales product area. 
You will appoint technical developers and consultants, oversee the development timelines, cost projections of solutions, and have overall accountability for the delivery and quality of the solutions. What You’ll Do Recruit and lead a team of technical developers to deliver tools-based solutions to customer needs. Manage resource allocations, team performance, and development of the Consumer Health Technical Services Team. Partner with Sales, Services, Product, and Strategy to identify solutions to meet customer needs and drive customer success of Veeva product base within Consumer Health and Generics markets. Oversee cost projections and revenue targets of solutions to obtain profitability targets Drive customer adoption of solutions built, delivering value proposition alongside Sales and Strategy in selling solutions into target customers. Work with the Consumer Health Technical Services Architect to define product roadmaps and architectural standards Develop, monitor, and report on KPI’s on solution uptime and performance. Requirements Team Leadership experience in Integration and technical solution delivery Experience in the following technologies: JAVA, Web development, SQL, DBMS, AWS services, Version control, release management Presentation and sales skills to commercialize the applications Budgeting and profitability analysis   English speaking + ideally Hungarian Budapest base desirable Nice to Have Knowledge of the Consumer Health industry European Language in addition to English Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
