The Role
The Manager of Accounts and Operations will lead a team of coordinators facilitating a white glove service for Digital Events within the pharmaceutical/biotech market. He/She will be accountable for both people management and Enterprise customer relationships. What You’ll Do Daily point of contact for customers  Team management Monitor phone queue and team workload across time zones Support new client on boarding process’s  Partner with internal teams to manage UAT testing, implementation, and new functionality updates Recruiting, screening, and interviewing Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Requirements Tenured management experience with a focus on execution Demonstrated leader with experience managing remote teams, training, and skills assessment  Confidence communicating both internally and externally  Customer facing experience preferable with an Enterprise size customer Flexibility to support both East Coast and West Coast hours Familiar with health sciences and regulated environments Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills Nice to Have Speaker bureau experience  Salesforce #LI-RemoteUS
