The Role
Working for the Commercial Strategy Leader for (CH&GX), the Associate Director of Commerical Strategy will be part of a team-leading the full suite of our commercial business within Consumer Health and Generics. The team has global responsibility, with primary activity centered in Europe.   In this role, you will work with the CH & GX Industry senior commercial leadership to understand their needs and then position Veeva’s software, data, and services offerings to address them. You will develop and implement the go-to-market approach for the commercial business, as well as align the strategy, sales, software, data, services, consulting, and customer success team to effectively sell, implement, utilize and gain value from Veeva’s offerings. What You’ll Do Define and execute commercial strategy for our Consumer Heath and Generics businesses.  Develop and express a vision for the Commercial offering to sell new business and protect existing business Partner with Sales and drive sales execution, developing the value proposition to answer customer needs to win key deals Partner with services to win key projects Partner with the Product team to define new product capabilities and product lines to meet unmet needs Lead discovery and integration of new product partners to extend the reach of Veeva solutions to meet industry needs Develop thought leadership CH&GX markets Build relations with senior stakeholders in our customer organizations Requirements 5 years experience in Consumer Health commercial A clear understanding of the commercial go-to-market model, innovation, and strategy in Pharmacy Sales. Ability to extend senior relationships within C Suite. European Language in addition to English, preferably one French one German Nice to Have Data and Analytics capability to drive pricing optimization and next best suggested order logic #RemoteSpain Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
