Veeva has been investing in customer success since the founding of the company. In APAC, the CSM team has played a pivotal role in forging strong relationships with customer stakeholders, partnering with our customers to deliver “wins” and helping them grow in their digital maturity journey. The Customer Success Manager will provide strategic guidance to a portfolio of Enterprise Veeva customers to increase the value they get from Veeva CRM. This specific role involves working with the top pharmaceutical companies and engaging a variety of stakeholders ranging from senior executives, directors to analysts. As CSM, you will own the success strategy for the customer and ensure that you drive the defined objectives while working with an internal cross-functional team (including Sales, Services, and Business Consulting). You’ll need to have a thorough understanding of the customers’ internal business processes and guide them on how Veeva products can best fit their needs. You’ll support their digital transformation and provide guidance on industry-specific best practices around areas such as remote engagement, content development, brand plan execution, and others. Additionally, you will also support the customer-centric events that Veeva organizes in the region. What You’ll Do Engage with Enterprise CRM customers and maintain a clear understanding of customer success criteria, milestones, culture, and goals Align with key Commercial stakeholders across IT, Commercial, Marketing, and Medical to establish a stronger CRM management program Help our life sciences customers navigate their multichannel engagement journey Own a Customer Success strategy for Global and Enterprise customers Evaluate how customers manage their Veeva CRM investment and identify efficiency and effectiveness gains Demonstrate CRM capabilities including use-cases, best practices, challenges, and how to address known gaps. In addition, bring back customer captured intelligence to Veeva product, strategy, and services team to improve Veeva products, and services Guide customers on best practices to optimize the consumption of Veeva releases (e.g. governance and change management) Influence and driving change within customer organizations Requirements 4+ years of experience with at least one of the following: Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry, Veeva or salesforce.com CRM, Consulting (delivery/implementation/training) or Customer Success Management Candidates with strong technical Veeva CRM knowledge will be preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Proven track record as a strategic, trusted advisor to customers having the ability to influence change Ability to interpret, articulate, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences (Business and IT) Strong ability to process, analyze, and interpret customer information, such as product utilization data and customer requirements Self-starter who can own the ongoing success of customer assignments Extremely well organized; ability to manage several initiatives at the same time Based in Singapore / Sydney Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
