In this role, the candidate will lead and manage all lifecycles for new customer implementations and onboarding within Veeva Digital Events (VDE). Additionally, partner with internal and external stakeholders on discovery requirements for each individual project plan. What You’ll Do Complete the discovery & requirements gathering processes with the customer, per the project plan, and partner with internal teams during business requirements gathering to ensure the most streamlined and required technology and service setup. Appropriate attention was brought to all Compliance related guidelines/guidance received during the discovery Create, review and obtain sign-off of all business documents (Business rules document – BRD, workflows, and SOPs) based on captured requirements during discovery Thorough understanding of extended VDE service offerings (SMC/VSS) and ability to recognize in-line growth opportunities during the onboarding process, i.e, speaker training, advisory boards, congress/product theaters, national broadcasts, moderator assistance, bio creation all while partnering with internal VDE business teams to ensure alignment on the process and ensure a smooth transition of project completion. Effectively communicate task’s status possible delays or setbacks to project stakeholders Subject Matter Expert on all Events supported systems Partner with internal teams to identify system issue/s, assist in UAT testing, and implementation of required functionality, updates, or customizations Requirements College degree preferred or equivalent experience Fundamental knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud Content and Engagement product suites is preferred; including by not limited to Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Events Management, and Engage #LI-Remote
