The Role
As an Account Partner in the UK, you will be part of the Enterprise team representing the Veeva Commercial Cloud solutions to leading Life Sciences Companies in the UK and Ireland.   You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, maintaining and growing our business, and managing strategic relationships at an HQ/affiliate level with existing customers.   A strong understanding of the life science industry, B2B sales cycles, and a passion for solving business issues with innovative data and technology are ideal. Candidates should have consultative selling experience, having sold into the Life Sciences industry, with a proven track record of success in the UK. The candidate must live in the UK ideally in the south of England. What You’ll Do Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level within our customers Lead cross-functional/regional teams to achieve targets and renewals Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets including annual renewals Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate Keep current with industry trends and engage customers with compelling solutions to their business challenges Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer Requirements Minimum of 7 years of consultative sales experience, ideally in Life Sciences Understanding of how technology and data drives business outcomes Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas Strategic account planning and execution skills Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level and with Veeva Partners Must be highly self-motivated and able to work as part of a team with little direct supervision A passion for solving customer business problems The location will be home-office however Veeva has offices in Oxford and Kings Cross  area of London Nice to Have Strong Life Sciences network Consulting experience SaaS solution selling experience #RemoteUK Research has shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs, unless they meet every single requirement.
