We are building new processing capabilities around the world, and emphasizing emerging, innovative processing technologies for data management and utilization. Lilly places a high value on fully automated manufacturing data management processes, as the quality and operational benefits are baseline expectations of new process design.DIA Data Asset organization will support this transformation through the creation and delivery of aprogressive global technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on leveraging cloud technologies. This ecosystem will be forward-looking, whilst maintaining appropriate controls to support sensitive business processes (e.g. Manufacturing).The Data Integration and Analytics BPA has the overall responsibility to serve as the DIA point of contact with assigned manufacturing sites or global functions for the purpose of opportunity identification, project portfolio development, solution delivery, service management and relationship management.The DIA BPA is an experienced IT professional, who has broad experience in project and programmanagement with additional expertise needed in the areas of data architecture and data visualization solutions.ResponsibilitiesThe DIA BPA will be the key DIA point of contact for the assigned internal customers (sites and globalfunctions).He/she will have the ability to understand the business drivers and support the strategic direction of the organization to be served, by identifying the right initiatives to be added to the project portfolioaccording to DIA evolution roadmap.He/she understands will be able to explain the value of the existing portfolio of solutions in DIA.He/she will help the business to define a future state of the analytics and data usage landscape.He/she will develop budget and operating plan for the program and ensure projects completion on time, on budget and with the right quality of solutions delivered.The role requiresExperience in program and project management for complex IT solution delivery at a worldwide levelExtremely good communication skills. Stakeholder engagement, change and communication. Being able to translate business needs into D&A projectsExperience in a local role in a manufacturing siteGood understanding of the capabilities of the reporting and analytics solutionsAbility to demonstrate the value of the data in an organizationPassion for technology and innovation.
