We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Roles and Responsibilities:This Infra Operations position is primarily responsible for all aspects of planning, coordination, implementation and support of Collaboration Services, Modern Meetings and Digital Room Services for the China affiliate.  The position also manages the external resources to support day-to-day meeting room and digital room operations. Lead and deliver projects and services in collaboration services space, including O365, Teams, collaboration sites, power automation technologiesLead and deliver projects and services in modern meetings space, including video-conferencing, wireless projection, virtual meetings and live broadcasting technologiesLead and provide technical support to employee townhalls and department townhallsAct as a technical subject matter expert in collaboration services and modern meetings spacesWork closely with regional and global counterparts to delivery global initiativesManages the operations of digital room including video-shooting, photo-taking and live-broadcasting eventsIn charge of related infrastructure incident response activities, service problems, changes management processes, and escalation proceduresPlan annual IT Infrastructure operation capital and expense budget and execute the procurement along with approved plan with related partiesOrganize and deliver IT training sessions to end usersRepresent China infra team in regular regional service review meetings and/governance forumsServe as the backup Operations Manager for end-user computingRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable in computer or engineering5 to 7 years of IT and Infra related work experiences2 to 3 years’ working experience of team leader in multinational companies with people managementExperience of managing outsourcing partner for Infrastructure and end user servicesExperience of leading operations and projects, and managing IT infrastructure service implementation and communicationTechnical knowledge and experience of supporting O365, MS Teams, collaboration sitesExperience of producing live broadcasting events and townhallsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with the ability to articulate complex ideas or technologies in easy-to-understand business terms to senior leadersAbility to communicate in English (verbally and in writing) to regional teamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsEli Lilly and Company, Lilly USA, LLC and our wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively “Lilly”) are committed to help individuals with disabilities to participate in the workforce and ensure equal opportunity to compete for jobs.
