The individual in this role will be the lead Global Brand Senior Director for the strategic and execution workstreams for across 3 indications, while also being a critical team member on obesity workstreams and work that spans across the three indications. This is an exciting, important, and unique opportunity within the organization.This position will have one direct report to start, and the team will continue to grow as we get closer to brand launch.Responsibilities:Brand Leader Key Objectives/Deliverables:Lead formation of cross-functional customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform brand strategy. Develop deep understanding of customer insights and needs and serve as a champion of the “Voice of the Customer” throughout the organization.Supervise development of patient understanding and external environment intelligence.Drive incorporation of insights for into the brand building process.Integrate effectively and serve as the global marketing team voice with the cross-functional teams (market research, payer, development, health outcomes and evidence generation, medical affairs, new product planning).Support Launch Readiness planning and process for brand indications.Lead Sleep Disorder and Heart Disease Strategy Development:Lead affiliate engagement strategy for the brand, and create exceptional global with affiliate culture, mindset, and co-creation practices on the team.Identify target patients and positioning for each indication.Confirm brand placement work based on Obesity anchor indication, determining any necessary placement or positioning evolution needs.Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Medical Affairs, on global brand development and solutions development and execution.Contribute to a winning, inclusive culture through demonstration of respect for people and integrityBasic Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree Brand marketing experience: 5-7 years years of broad experience in global, affiliate or specialized marketing.2+ years marketing experience working in Obesity (Chronic Weight Management) therapeutic area.Possess ability to collect and synthesize data and context from multiple sources (e.g. market research, analytics, affiliates, competitive landscape) to identify market factors and customer insights that impact team strategy and deliverables.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
