This group is within the Clinical Capabilities organization and partners across functions within the Clinical Design, Delivery and Analytics (CDDA) and Product Research and Development (PRD) to influence trial design and provide solutions to operationalize these trials and enable asset strategies across the portfolio.The role of Recruitment and Retention Delivery Associate within the Clinical Services and Capabilities group will serve as a business associate enabling the delivery and implementation of the Recruitment and Retention strategy within Lilly’s clinical research trials. This role will be responsible for delivery of Recruitment and Retention innovations across the portfolio of trials. The Recruitment and Retention Delivery Associate is responsible for collaborating across functional areas within clinical development and directly with study teams to deliver ongoing support. Primary Responsibilities: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the job requirements at the time it was prepared.  The job requirements of any position may change over time and may include additional responsibilities not specifically described in the job description.  Consult with your supervision regarding your actual job responsibilities and any related duties that may be required for the position.Support the operational delivery of the Recruitment and Retention strategy:     Collaborate with cross functional teams to monitor projects in real time.Manage daily issues, track trends, collaborate on solutions. Resolve issues that arise, following through to resolution.Manage project deliverables post go-live and ensure ongoing project communication including the conduct and/or coordination of study team etc.Track and compile data related to the delivery and implementation of the Recruitment and Retention strategy, including recruitment and retention budget, vendor and/or technology reporting and metrics.Contribute to a culture of teamwork and shared learningPartner and/or strengthen relationships with and across the clinical development functional area and asset teams to identify best practices and standardized approaches to processes. Actively participate in shared learnings across the teamCollaborate with study team and sites to facilitate a good patient experience and to enable optimized strategy delivery.Assume responsibility for own deliverablesDevelop knowledge and skillset of clinical trials and the recruitment and retention space to support the overarching strategy.Support continuous improvementWork consistently to develop best practices.
