Not only do we deliver breakthrough medications, but you also can count on us to develop creative solutions to support communities through philanthropy and volunteerism.Position Brand DescriptionThe primary focus of the Associate MES role is to serve as an expert for the Syncade Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at the IndyAPI manufacturing site.   This role collaborates with the business and IDS resources at the site to develop and deploy electronic tickets, logbooks, and other electronic solutions for manufacturing.Key Objectives/DeliverablesUtilize information from e-Mfg. implementations to determine best approach for training and benchmark with other API sites to develop qualification strategies.Simplify and consolidate procedures, Job Aids, Logbooks, etc. in advance of e-ticket implementation in each area to facilitate ticket deconstruction activities.Ensure e-Mfg. solutions interface appropriately with other systems including Darwin, SAP, Regulus, Compliance Suite.Ensure e-Mfg. solutions provide a robust method for gathering and analyzing process data Identify areas of improvement in the automation code and/or electronic ticket/log to improve efficiency.Provide input into the development of an eMfg implementation schedule, and perform activities in accordance to the schedule.Ensure systems can be executed in a manner following all HSE and GMP requirements.Serve as a contact for questions during implementation.Provide input to the development of the training materials for each area as implementations occur.Provide input into the definition of the future organization to support manufacturing (post implementation) and develop detailed training modules for the support model as well as specialized training such as Power Users and Support staff.Provide MES support to the site.Basic RequirementsMinimum HS diplomaExperience in manufacturing supportDetailed knowledge of operationsDetailed knowledge of ticket structure and procedure structureQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
