We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Location: Head OfficeFixed-Term: 4 yearsThis role is determined to be a flexible worker, where on-site presence in the Toronto office is expected to be 4-12 days per month, as determined by your manager and business needs.Organization Overview:This role will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, including developing, designing, and standardizing processes relating to Supply Chain and Order to Cash for a major pharmaceutical company. This role will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain/ O2C Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams to drive process improvement and efficiencies, and maintain an effective control environment.
Responsibilities:Key PrioritiesTogether with Supply Chain and Order to Cash management and analysts, identify areas in need of process improvement or stabilization and lead any required remediation action plansDrive standardization, process optimization, and complexity reductionApply best practices and innovative concepts into the process and system design/requirementsEnsure processes and process designs are fully documented and accessible to all stakeholders, and that any required process training is implemented via SuccessFactors (or other e-learning platforms)Advise on business requirements for technology solutions and enhancements to increase efficiency and ensure scalability.Identify critical processes which require cross-trainingTrain end-usersServe as a critical backup to ensure continuity in Supply Chain and Order to Cash operations.Special projects across Supply Chain and Order to Cash functions
Basic Requirements:BehavioursProactive, innovative;Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting;Easily manage complexity and can work comfortably within an uncertain environment;Analytical mindset, strongly process driven;Ability to listen and integrate ideas from diverse views, create partnerships, and collaborate with others while maintaining individual responsibility;Learning agility    Experience5+ years of process improvement experience driving organizational change and optimizationExperience in the pharmaceutical industryDemonstrated success in implementing technology solutionsProven results in use and deployment of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)   SkillsExcellent understanding of processes and controls in and around the Supply Chain and Order to CashGood working knowledge of SAP (SCM, SD, FICO) and integration with other systems (EDI)Strong Microsoft Excel skillsStrong data analysis and problem-solving skillsAbility to be decisive, make recommendations and influence outcomesAbility to architect solutions that range from simple to complexExcellent English verbal and written skills   EducationB.A or B.S in Business, Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Additional Skills/Preferences:Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalentSupply Chain Certification (APICS or equivalent)Macro, VBA, Python knowledgeFluency in French

• Shift information M-F 9-5 PM EST
• Position location: Hybrid
