Not only do we deliver breakthrough medications, but you also can count on us to develop creative solutions to support communities through philanthropy and volunteerism.Responsibilities:The Discovery Chemistry Research & Technologies organization within Lilly Research Laboratories (LRL) is seeking a highly skilled, creative, and energetic Analytical Data scientist to join our team located at Lilly Corporate Center, Indianapolis, IN.The ideal candidate will:Always keep safety as the top priority, engaging and leading a proactive safety cultureCreate infrastructure for internal and external data management and provide support modelSupport overall division by reducing burden of collection, curation, and collation of dataDevelop means to track and visualize metrics (financial, resource, project, etc.)Support modernization/automation of data initiativesIntegrate IT support by ‘translating’ IT-to-businessDevelop systems integration and information management toolsTeach others to use tools to improve productivityServe as a key resource for shared learning, process improvement, and identification and incorporation of standard methodologies into future iterations of processes, tools, training, or guidanceSeek and implement opportunities to gather and share learning cross-functionallyProactively identify and bring forth areas for continual process improvement to teams and functionsHave a strong attention to detail, enjoy problem solving and be able to handle several projects simultaneouslyHave you developed software and integrated it with scientific data?
