Verzenios has been launched successfully across Nordics and is continuing to grow. The product is approved for Metastatic Breast Cancer ER+ HER2- patients, with an Early Breast Cancer indication to also be launched soon pending EMA approval. In addition, Retsevmo has received EMA approval and we are preparing to launch the brand in the Nordics. This is an incredible opportunity to work on a fast-paced team to advance brands that on the forefront of scientific innovation, and ultimately to bring hope to patients who are striving for more tomorrows.The Role:As part of the NE Hub Verzenios Brand Team, the Oncology Brand Manager is responsible for gathering, analysing, and leveraging patient and HCP insights to build and execute our oncology portfolio brand strategy for Sweden across all channels. Whilst this is a portfolio role, the primary focus will be on building and executing the strategy of Verzenios.This individual will be responsible for closely partnering with the cross-functional team (Sales, Pricing, Reimbursement & Access (PRA), Medical, Multi Channel Engagement (MCE), Regulatory, Finance, E&C), to further grow and develop the Verzenios brand in the Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) setting and to deliver a best in class launch in the Early Breast Cancer (EBC) setting in 2022, pending EMA approval. This role will help maximise the value that our oncology brands can bring to our target patients, to HCPs and to Lilly, through impeccable execution of the brand strategy.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Collaboration:Demonstrate strong cross-functional partnership to ensure execution of the brand strategy and maximization of investments made across the country and accounts.Collaborate with colleagues across Nordics to develop the Verzenios strategy across these marketsFoster a positive cross-functional and cross-brand relationship within the Oncology franchise and beyond and lead on the Nordics Brand Team Meetings.Be determined, take initiative with a sense of urgency, especially in a launch period.Foster innovation and drive continuous improvement by adapting to/leading change and demonstrating resilience and ‘can do’-attitude.Have a winning mindset and be solution oriented with an ability to influence.Support and demonstrate ownership of the sales objectives.Manage the Finland Oncology Brand Associate.Brand strategy development and brand management:Develop insights-based marketing strategies and plans that create exceptional customer experiences that lead to the achievement of business objectives.In collaboration with the Brand Leader, co-develop the SE Customer and Operational Plans, in line with Global Brand Strategy and as part of the annual integrated planning approach framework.In collaboration with the MCE team, develop the Customer Touchpoint Journey, with the goal to optimise the customer engagement opportunities (touchpoints) through an omnichannel approach.Understand and anticipate the implication of changing market/competitive dynamics on the brand strategy and the execution; adjust course if necessary to be on track for launch success.Partner with PRA team to align and execute on the brand access strategy.Brand Operations & Execution Excellence:Responsible for understanding, implementation, and adherence to company policies and processes.Operate in compliance with the Red Book, Customer Information Quality (CIQ) procedures and tools, and all Compliance procedures.As a Veeva Coordinator, upload content in Veeva and review key content creation and discontinuation in accordance with the PMAP procedure. Ensure that all programs are 100% compliant to ABPI Code of Practice, local SOPs, and GPP. Work closely with the Medical Technical certifier and incorporate suggested changes as needed.Ensure execution excellence of the Operational Plan, and consistently track progress.Uncover opportunities of simplification and automation across operations and execution of plans.
