This will involve working hands-on on technologies such as SQL, R and Tableau etc. by making use of patient level data. Individual would be expected to work on large amount of data to derive actionable insights for the business partners.Desired Profile: Experience in pharma industry is preferableExperience in SQL, SAS and Tableau (Preferred)Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)Good presentation and communication skills with ability to work across time zonesStrong team player who is dynamic and result orientedDETAILED LCCI BI&A (Commercial Analytics) – Business AnalystThe purpose of the LCCI Commercial Analytics team is to partner with US Commercial Analytics in providing high quality analytical support to Brand, Market Research and other internal partners through right data, smart analytics and actionable insights.Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: as individual contributor, responsible forBuild and exhibit deep expertise on available data sets and supports data enabled decision making using patient and prescription data from external suppliers (APLD, Xponent, DDD, NPA, FIA, MMIT, etc) and internal data for various other sourcesEnsure high stakeholder satisfaction through consistent delivery of high quality, timely and insightful outputs throughout analytics value chainDeveloping into a trusted advisor by actively participating in various phases of the project including kick-off, methodology development, execution, insight generation and data visualization and results presentation to various stakeholdersParticipating in meetings with stakeholders and communicating the final outputs and recommendationsProject Delivery: as team member, supporting the team lead in drivingquality, speed, value and compliance throughout the analytics value chainproject management for seamless project execution, prioritization and high quality deliverycreation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputsshared learning forums to identify challenges and establish best practicesexpansion of analytical capability of the team by taking on more complex projects and delivering valueprocess improvements and implementation of analytical best practicesEducation RequirementsDegree in quantitative discipline i.e. Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Sciences from Tier-I institute.
