Lilly Value & Access (LVA) Contract Management and Analytics (CMA) IT delivers innovative solutions and support related to the development, administration, and analysis of contracts with wholesalers, commercial and government payers, as well as government price reporting.   This role has responsibility for solution delivery and support services of CMA business functions.   This position will report to the Manager responsible for LVA Contract Management and Analytics IT.   Responsibilities:  Focus on delivering business value and creating positive customer experiences. Develop deep knowledge of the business processes pertaining to pharmaceutical revenue management including commercial rebates, chargebacks, US government programs and Gross-to-Net. Develop awareness of industry trends and solutions Collaborate with business and IT SME’s, key third party systems integrators, product suppliers, and service providers  Understand business problems Develop and leverage technology expertise in Model N’s Flex platform, an industry leader in revenue management software. Proactively and effectively communicate across mediums and audiences Influence business and IT peers Implement Model N Flex Software Releases and Fixes Flex platform and transport management Flex release management Apply ITIL and Agile practices to manage demand and delivery of IT services Facilitate operational governance and status updates  Report service metrics, identify and communicate trends Propose and Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives Deliver system change including Requirement gathering, Design, Development, Documentation, Testing, Deployment, and obtaining User Acceptance  Support services of request fulfillment, incident, and access management  Problem Management Disaster Recovery System Retirement Actively engage in knowledge gathering, sharing and management Understand regulatory and internal compliance requirements governing CMA IT systems and maintain system compliance  Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
