AECOM is actively seeking for a Construction Resident Project Manager for our New York, NY office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Monitor the construction activities
Co-ordinate as necessary between the contractor Metro-North and any other

entities as deemed necessary by Metro-North for the performance of project work (i.e. different

towns, other agencies, outside private utilities, etc.)

Coordinate and maintain files for all submittals
Supervising and inspecting all aspects of construction.
Supervising and inspecting construction related activities performed by the construction contractor, subcontractors and any other 3rd Party entities.
Familiar with Metro-North’s Force Account activities
Providing monthly reports and any other compilations of information as requested by Metro-

North Railroad

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with six (6) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

Six (6) years of experience with inspections and working in the field
